Executive Coaching for Individual Leaders

Executive coaching is a very powerful tool, providing a safe space for individuals to reach their goals.

“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something.”

– Randy Pausch

How it works

The role of a coach is to enable the coachee to do their very best thinking in service of individual and organisational success. The agenda is determined by the coachee with the coach being a thought partner.

The coaching objectives are determined by what the coachee needs to take their thinking forward on in service of organisational objectives. We will, where required, engage in tri-partite contracting to ensure organisational buy-in and line management engagement so that the coachee and line manager jointly agree the coaching objectives at the start of the coaching assignment and jointly review at the final session.

Our expertise

Our approach is to adopt a systemic lens to the coaching assignment so the coachee is able to see how the different parts of the system are connected and what it is that is currently disconnected that needs to be connected to deliver desired outcomes. It is about moving beyond individuals and personalities.

Our coaches bring both high level professional coach training and experience of business and having been in leadership roles at senior levels to their coaching practice. This combination enables them to be in service of the coachee’s very best thinking.

”I very much enjoyed our coaching sessions and would recommend her without any hesitation to others wanting a highly effective coach. ”

– Sharon Long, (Director of Claims XL Catlin Insurance)
