We have established a highly successful executive coaching practice both as part of our leadership programmes and as separate coaching assignments with senior leaders across a range of sectors globally.

Individual Executive Coaching

We provide a much needed space for leaders in one-to-one coaching assignments to do their own very best thinking by using a psychologically-based approach and appropriate use of tools/techniques and frameworks.

Group Coaching

We work with groups of up to 6 individuals who come together on a monthly basis to work on issues in a safe confidential space, designed for goal setting and problem solving with a group of peers.

Systemic Team Coaching

The work here is at Leadership Team levels and seeks to work on the team’s ‘shared endeavour’ – with mutual accountability, and inter-dependency to agree ways of working to deliver business results.
