As a highly experienced leadership consultant with specific expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Rajwant Bains was a member of the pioneering Race and Social Policy Unit at the University of Liverpool. Our methodology and approach has DEI at its core, and has been proven to support senior leadership and teams across different sectors – including higher education, professional services, philanthropy, NGOs and public sector organisations - to develop competencies, capability and capacity to deliver maximum impact.
