Rebekah Delsol

Profile

Rebekah is an experienced leader, programme manager, researcher, and coach, with a passion for driving social change and supporting transformation.  Her expertise is grounded in over twenty years of experience in challenging discrimination through research, philanthropy, campaigning/advocacy, strategic litigation, collaboration and centring marginalised voices.

For over a decade, Rebekah managed the Open Society Justice Initiative’s global initiative on racial profiling. Rebekah led a large international team focused on building community and civil society capacity to challenge racial profiling, research and strategic litigation and changing structures and cultures in police institutions. Rebekah also provided strategic leadership on the Inclusion, Equity and Well-being initiative for the Justice Initiative. Rebekah is founding member and trustee of the charity StopWatch, a coalition that uses research and action to promote fair and accountable policing. Rebekah is currently the Director of Strategy for Healing Justice London. This organisation creates spaces for healing, capacity building and structural intervention drawing on social, disability and health justice, embodiment, creative-arts therapy, trauma-informed practice, and authentic lived experience participation.

Rebekah’s experience of managing teams and recognition of the role of individuals and teams in organisational and social change, led her to train as a coach. She is passionate about using coaching to accelerate social impact. Rebekah has worked with individuals and teams from corporate, education, health, and charity sectors. She believes coaching is about human connection, co-creating spaces where people can develop new capacities to see opportunities for themselves and those around them and develop the resources to make personal and social change.  Coachees often comment on Rebekah’s kindness, warmth and humour combined with her curiosity, ability to challenge and ask tough questions.Areas of Expertise
