Dr Terry Graynorth

Profile

Terry has over 30 years of international business experience.  A successful and broad career has seen him working across a range of business structures and management challenges.  Now focused exclusively on executive coaching, until recently Terry ran his coaching business alongside his role as a Director in the Global Head Office of EY, the global accounting and consulting firm.

Terry has been involved in negotiations on significant deals of up to a billion dollars and was a key player in two major strategy reviews that both returned hundreds of millions of dollars to the bottom line.  Naturally, he is comfortable under pressure and has an expert understanding of the corporate landscape. He brings a depth and breadth of experience in public companies and partnerships. Terry has been a senior staff for CEOs, Strategy Directors, and Managing Partners at household name businesses. He is experienced in data, having stood up and developed a 30-person machine learning and data science team.

A highly qualified and expert coach, Terry brings a powerful mixture of real-world experience and advanced practical coaching tools to get world-class results.  Terry has had over fifteen years of experience coaching senior professionals, focusing on partners and directors at Big Four consulting and accounting firms and C-Suite in a range of businesses. He understands the pressures and challenges they face.  He is certified as a Master Executive Coach by the Association of Executive Coaches and Supervisors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an MBA and an MSc from Henley Business School. He recently completed a Doctorate in Coaching, focusing on executive coaching in corporate reorganisations.
